Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen and plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-shows or cancellations/reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice for any chemical service over $50 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
A credit or debit card will be required to be kept on file when booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be charged if a cancellation fee applies.
